Happy New Year!
My resolutions for 2016 are quite simple – to practice as much Bikram Yoga as possible and complete yoga teacher training.
I took a total of 123 Bikram Yoga classes in 2015. For 2016, I’d like to double the number of classes I took in 2015. That means taking 246 Bikram Yoga classes or at least 5 classes each week. I got this!
If you find yourself having a hard time getting out of bed to go class or are trying to talk yourself out of going to class after work, just remember the quote above. Trust me, getting into the studio is the hardest part. Once you get yourself there, you’ll be so happy you did because no one (including myself) has ever regretted going to a yoga class.
